Barbara Propst Obituary
A Celebration of Life service will be held in January at Strasburg United Methodist Church.
Barbara was born November 9, 1947 in Front Royal, Virginia, daughter of the late William W. Hood and Juanita Hood Orndorff.
She worked most of her life in retail, working for Leggett's and retiring from Kohls as a store manager.
She will be greatly missed by her family and many friends.
Surviving is a son, Brandon Propst of Gainesville; daughter, Brittany Toelle and husband Brandon of Gainesville; one sister, Lana Bennett Sours of Luray; one brother, Richard Stanley Hood of Leesburg; one half-sister, Darlene Orndorff Moye of Georgia; and two beloved grandchildren, Peyton Toelle and Maddox Toelle.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and sister, Patricia Hood Rush Condolences may be sent to the family at maddoxfuneralhome.com
