Fletcher Eastham Obituary

Fletcher King Eastham, 64, of Rappahannock County, Virginia, passed away on September 20, 2025. He was born July 12, 1961, in Front Royal.

Fletcher proudly served in the U.S. Army Reserve's 11th Special Forces Group and the 82nd Airborne Division, earning numerous medals and honors, including the Purple Heart. He also managed the Big Woods Hunt Club, practiced martial arts, and was a man of faith.

Known for his marksmanship, courage, curiosity, and sensitive heart, Fletcher had a special fondness for raccoons.

He is survived by his son, Tarkan Eastham; his brother, Lindsay Eastham (Heidi Eastham); nephew, Bennett Eastham; niece, Isabelle Heydt; and two great-nieces and two great-nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas and Louise Eastham, and his sister, Stuart Eastham.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, November 8, at 11:00 a.m. at Trinity Episcopal Church, Washington, Virginia. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Rapp at Home, or to a charity of your choice.
