Justin Allen Stottlemyer, 19, of Mt. Jackson, died Saturday, April 2, 2011 at his home.

Justin was born February 1, 1992 in Charlottesville.

Services will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. at Valley Funeral Chapel, Bowman's Crossing with Pastors Jerry and Dottie Holden officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Jackson Cemetery.

Justin is survived by his mother and step-father, Randall and Peggy Vencill; his father, Marvin Black; two daughters, Alicia Grace Stottlemyer and Monica Rose Stottlemyer, both at home; Carrie Bright, mother of his children; sister, Aletisha Stottlemyer 0of Mt. Jackson; three brothers, Jeremy Stottlemyer of Mt. Jackson, Dustin Black of Grottoes and Nathaniel Black of McGaheysville; his maternal grandmother, Alice Hoover of Mt. Jackson; maternal grandfather, Burns Stottlemyer of Edinburg; and his paternal grandfather, Marvin Black, Sr. of Harrisonburg.

Pallbearers will be Dale Grove, Paul Cox, John Violet, Jason Burkett, Scott Heishman and Chris Kerns.

The family will receive friends tonight from 7-8 p.m. at Valley Funeral Service.

I miss and love justin so very much .He was a great cousin.It is very hard for our family to have such a horrible thing happen to someone that we really love.I can not believe that this really happened .I didn't think that he would die at such a young age .I feel really bad for is daughters alisha grace stottlemyer and monica rose stottlemyer because monica will never grow up with a dad .Alisha might not remember her dad because she is very young.
