Peter Wayne Comar, 75, of Woodstock, passed away July 4, 2019 at Shenandoah Memorial Hospital in Woodstock.
Arrangements, which are in the care of Heishman Funeral Home Inc., Valley Funeral Service Branch, Bowmans Crossing, were incomplete Friday.
