Roger Bertschinger Obituary

On March 4, 2024 Roger Keith Bertschinger started his life beyond the pearly gates in his home. Born on March 24,1957, in Winchester, Virginia. Roger dedicated 20 years to the art of stained glass at Epiphany Studios.

Roger marched into the Army in 1974 and saluted his country.

In his personal life, he was a devoted husband, dedicated family man, and loving grandfather.

The beloved family's patriarch and jokester could always be counted on to add a splash of color and a little bit of humor to any gathering. He was a jester with a heart of gold.

Roger's warmth, love and laughter could light up a room. He was a loving and devoted husband to Donna Fetterhoff Berstchinger, whom he leaves behind.

He laid the foundation of love, laughter and life skills for his trio of sprouts, Joshua Fetterhoff, Jamie Pennington, and Johanna Anderson. He was the coolest grandpa to 10 granchildren. Whom could always count on him. Roger took pride in watching and celebrating each milestone for each one as their independence and futures formed.

Roger is survived by his siblings Frederick Bertschinger III, Joan Wink, Gary Hottle, and Joanne. Proceeded in his journey to the pearly gates by his parents Betty Berstchinger and Frederick Berstchinger Jr.
