Edward "Ed" Rupp
1948 - 2016
National Cremation & Burial Society
5641 Highway 90 West
Milton, FL
On the evening of May 31st, Ed passed away unexpectedly, but peacefully, with his wife by his side. Born Jan. 26, 1948 in Rochester, NY, he was the only child of Edward and Eleanor Rupp who have preceded him in death. Ed's wife Donna of 47 years, many relatives and friends, and his dogs Quilpie and Tazzie will miss him, but will keep him in their hearts with loving memories.
Ed grew up in Rochester and after graduation from the University of Rochester in 1970 entered the Air Force and was a pilot for 22 years. Upon his retirement from the Air Force in 1992, Ed and Donna moved to Santa Rosa Beach, FL where he became a real estate broker. Ed was one of the founding members of Keller Williams Realty – Emerald Coast and an LLC partner/owner of the company.
He was a huge football fan - both college and pro – so fall was his favorite time of the year. He especially enjoyed his home on the bayou, eating seafood and reading/watching current events.
At his request, Ed will be cremated and there will be no memorial service or funeral. His furry rescue children request any donations be made to the animal rescue organization of your choice.

Only recently heard of Eds passing. He was such a good friend in high school. Even though it has been that long it still saddens me to know he has passed.

Donna, I hope you are doing well.
