Jim and the entire DeWane family - I am sorry I didn't get a chance to share my sympathy in person. I was very sad when I heard of Barney's passing. So many years of invading his booth at the fair, him taking our pictures, running into him at my neighbors, taking our kids trick or treating at his house and from all his business help...he was a GREAT man! He will be missed but always remembered and cherished!!! Rest in peace, Mr DeWane.

Dear Karen and the DeWane Family,
My deepest sympathy on the passing of you father. He took so very many of our family pictures. We always had a great laugh about the time I walked out their back door and fell off the porch. My deepest sympathy to all of you.

Was greatly saddened to learn of the passing of your Dad. It was a privilege, as a member of St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church in Crystal Lake, to meet and serve him at Fair Oaks. Unfortunately, Fr. Jerome Koutnik is out of the country at this time and will probably not learn of this until I inform him when he returns.

Our next Mass at Fair oaks is on March 10. Hopefully some of you can attend so that we can remember Bernard in our prayers.

God Bless you all.

May God's peace and consolation be with the DeWane Family. Mr. DeWayne took all of our family pictures when we were little as well as many of our family's graduation and wedding photos. I now work at St. Mary's in Huntley and it was always a pleasure to see him come in for a wedding. He was always kind and cheerful. God Bless.
