Carole J. Hoiberg of Winnebago, IL passed away peacefully in her home while surrounded by her family on Sunday, June 19, 2022. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and a wonderful friend to many. She is survived by husband Paul, 2 days short of their 64th anniversary. Children Lisa (Jerry) Simpson of Hudson OH, Paul (Caylene) Hoiberg of Bailey CO, Peter Hoiberg of Algonquin IL, 4 Grandchildren, Troy (Jessica) Strom of Evergreen CO, Rachel Simpson of Lexington, KY, Brady Hoiberg of Garland TX, Blake Hoiberg of Huntersville, NC, and 3 Great-grandchildren. Sisters Joanne of Freeport, IL, and Julie (Brad) of Crawfordville, FL. Proceeded in Death by her parents Frank and Elizabeth Cardinal, Brother Jim Cardinal, and Grandson Owen Simpson.
