Jacqlyn Johnson Obituary

Jacqlyn (Jackye) Johnson
Born: June 18, 1949
Died: October 6, 2022
Jacqlyn (Jackye) Johnson born June 18th, 1949 in Rockford Illinois, passed away peacefully on October 6th, 2022 surrounded by her loved ones. Anyone who knew Jackye will remember her by her amazing sense of style and her deep love for her family, friends and God. Jackye also loved her yearly trips to Huatulco, Mexico, decorating her new home and spoiling her nieces and nephews. She was such a predominant fixture in their lives, never missing a game or performance, and known by all as "Aunt Jackye." She is proceeded in death by her parents, Lois Johnson Benner and Robert Johnson and survived by her three sisters Roberta (Raymond), Terrye (Jeff) and Michelle and their wonderful families. Jackye will be deeply missed by all who were lucky enough to know and love her.

I was blessed to have met Jackye through Bible Study Fellowship. Her love for her family and the children she served was inspiring. She was a beautiful woman from the inside out. She glowed with the light of Jesus in this world!

Jackye and her beautiful smile, kindness and wonderful faith in Jesus was a true shining spirit in this world. She will be fondly remembered and sorely missed by her family and all who had the joy and privilege to know her!
