Jon Hellmann, 54, of McHenry, formerly of Richmond, passed away Sunday, October 24, 2021 at his residence.
He was born in Des Plaines, IL on October 24, 1967, a son of Kate (Steinwand) and the late George T. Hellmann.
A graduate of Richmond-Burton High School in 1985, he worked as a electronic technician at Intermatic, Stryker and Weber, through the years.
He enjoyed music, golfing (hole-in-one), photography and weather phenomena. He had a unique sense of humor, an appreciation of the beauty of nature and a love of anything feline.
Jon is survived by his mother of Richmond; a brother, Andrew (Cindi) Hellmann, of Suffolk, VA; a niece, Jasmine, plus aunts, uncles, cousins and good friends.
Memorial visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. until the Celebration of Life at 3:00 p.m. Saturday. November 6, 2021 at Ehorn-Adams Funeral Home 10011 Main St, Richmond.
