Alfred H. Berthold Alfred H. Berthold, age 80. Beloved husband of Gertrude. Devoted father of Angelica (Michael) Pikulyk and Linda (Steve) Lennon. Dear grandfather of Monica (Ken) Noble-Lawson, Kevin Noble and Ryan Alishio. Great-grandfather of Jacob Noble-Lawson. Special "Opa" to Lisa, Julie and Andrew Lennon. Fond brother of Rudy (Inge) Berthold and the late Richard and Fritz Berthold. Many friends in America and Germany. Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 27, 2005 at 1:00 p.m. until the time of service at 4:00 p.m. at Chapel Hill Gardens South Funeral Home, 11333 South Central Ave., Oak Lawn, IL. Interment Chapel Hill Gardens South Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Christian Home Health Service, 4200 West 81st Ave. (US 30), Merrillville, IN 46410 or St. Paul's Radio Ministry, 8601 Harrison Ave., Munster, IN 46321. Gertrude, you and Alfred are one of the finest couples I have ever met. It has been a pleasure to serve you through Christian Home Hospice Care. I always enjoyed the visits I made to see the two of you and you have a special place in my heart always. God Bless, Doug
