Ann Marie and I were buddies from the day of our births because of the dear friendship of our Mothers. We summered in Dowagaic, MI, paraded down the streets of East Chicago on Easter Sunday in our finest, she was one of my bridesmaids and my daughter was a little flower girl in her wedding. Early on we shared our teaching secrets and she was the God-Mother to both my children. However, somehow life happened, we each got busy in our own lives and time passes. Ann Marie was an example of a lifelong friendship filled with cherished memories. Bill you have been the loyal devoted husband that Ann Marie needed and loved. I hope memories of your 46 years of marriage will bring you comfort in the near future. You are in my prayers. Roni

Mrs. Fitzwater will be remember as an excellent teacher. My son Erik had the good fortune of having her for his kindergarten teacher! I was her room mom and was so impressed with her love for each child! She was a strong foundation for my son´s education! A fabulous lady . You have my deepest sympathy for your family!
