My late father introduced me to Gene (Doc) Ossello in the 70s at a Gano club event in which they were both members. After that, I would drop in his office every year or two when I was in South Holland. What a great guy and a great inspiration to so many from Roseland, Chicago to South Holland for 100 years! PS - Thanks for all the photos of most of the highlights from Roseland when it was home to so many of us. R.I.P.

Optometry and people were his expertise. I was fortunate to have
him as my doctor in Roseland and
South Holland. I admired him for his knowledge and for his ability to relate to his patients. He was a very special person.
