I am so sorry for your loss. I know how difficult the loss of a loved one can be. I pray that you take comfort in your friends and family and that God gives you the strength needed to get through this difficult time. God invites us to draw close him in James chapter 4 verse 8.

My heartfelt sympathies go out to the Edgars, sorry I couldn't be at the service. Had some great times with George and June, I'm sure the Edgar family carry each other through these tough times.

My Uncle George was a witty, charming and passionate man. He had a great sense of humor and a caring heart. He was my mother's brother and they shared a bond that is forever. Their love of music was a tie to their past and present. I will miss him so very much.

Our prayers are with your family during this very difficult time. It was always a pleasure to see George at home and church, talking about family and the world, and joking around. Their marriage is an example of what it should be about. The family has the best marriage/family role model you could get. The kids, grandkids, have a lot to live up to. Anyone in life to have met George has been blessed. A man of principals and morals. Of course, behind every great man, is a great woman. (Did I say that!). Best to all of you. Keep smiling! That's what he would want.

Our family will miss Uncle George. He was always quick to joke and give me a big smile. I remember flying to Chicago to stay with Madelyn at age 10. I was SO nervous but Uncle George's warm and loving heart made me feel right at home.
The last time I saw him was the at the condo in Coronado Shores with my boys. Again he greeted us with a warm smile and a joke:)
Uncle George you will be forever missed.
All our Love,

I remember my godfather, Uncle George, showing me how he threw a curve ball and other breaking balls with a wiffle ball in the backyard in Richfield, Minnesota. As a small boy, I could not hit his "stuff" but I loved being with him! He was a good man with a great sense of humor and a zest for life! My sincerest sympathies to my godmother, Aunt June, and the entire extended Edgar family! A loving godson, Greg
