CROWN POINT, IN- Jacqualine "Jackie" Blank, age 93, of Crown Point IN went to be with The Lord surrounded by her family on Saturday, March 16, 2024.
Survived by her brother, Vernon (Terri) Richards; sister, Marilyn Hockey; daughter-in-law, Laura Blank Tidd; son-in-law, Gregg O'Neill; grandchildren: Malinda O'Neill, Caitlin (John) Sandrey, Andrew (Suky) Blank and Mark (Kaitlyn) Blank; great-grandchildren: Hunter and Haley Sandrey and Theo and Remi Blank; and many nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death by her beloved husband, John L. Blank Jr.; son, John L. Blank III; daughter, Janice L. O'Neill and brother, Hugh Richards; sisters-in-law: Dee Richards and Linda Richards; brother-in-law, Hank Hockey.
Jackie was somewhat of a Foodie. She had a passion for trying new cuisine and could always recommend the best restaurants. She had a love for sports, especially tennis and was an avid Cubs fan. In her free time, Jackie loved to relax, listen to music, enjoy a piece of candy or two and play solitaire on her iPad. She loved to spend time with her grandchildren and family. Jackie was known for her bright spirit and positive outlook on life. She will be greatly missed.
A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, March 22, 2024, at 11:00 AM at MEMORY LANE FUNERAL HOME, 6305 W Lincoln Highway, Crown Point, IN, 46307. Interment to follow. Friends may visit with the family from 10:00 AM until the time of service at 11:00 AM.
