James Dziewicki Obituary
James J. "J.D." Dziewicki, Jr., age 48, of Hebron, passed away January 17, 2011. He was a graduate of Merrillville High School, class of 1980. He received his Associate Degree in Radiologic Technology from I.U.N. He was employed as an X-ray Technologist in the cardiac catherization lab at St. Anthony and Porter Memorial Hospitals. J.D. was an avid hunter, outdoorsman, and diehard Chicago Bears fan. He was preceded in death by his parents: James and Florence Dziewicki. J.D. is survived by his beloved children: Megan and Matthew Dziewicki of Crown Point; brother, Daniel Dziewicki; sister, Linda (Ray) Keilman of Crown Point; brother, David (Karey) Dziewicki of Hebron; nieces and nephews: Christa, Kelly, Raymond, Katie, Ashley, Ryan and Caitlin. Funeral services will be held Friday, January 21, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. at Burns Funeral Home, 10101 Broadway, Crown Point with Rev. Andrew Corona officiating. Interment in Calumet Park Cemetery, Merrillville. Friends are invited to meet with the family on Thursday from 2:00-8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. www.burnsfuneral.com

I sincerely thank everyone who has written in Jimmy's guest book. I am amazed by all the lives he has touched. I wish I could talk with you all. My sincerest condolences to the family of "JD". I have known him since our grade school days at HOLY FAMILY. He was my best friend back then. I ran into him 20 years later at the OLD MILL and he was the same congenial person i had remembered....My thoughts and prayers to the "JD"family. R.I.P. buddy!
