I was cleaning out my closet and came upon a T-shirt that Jane had given me back when I graduated from college. She had put the following on it: College Garduate. So much fun to wear back in 1977! I miss her.

Jane was our backyard neighbor on Chestnut Drive in Escondido, CA for many years. We even installed a gate on our shared back yard fence so we could visit whenever we wanted. She was such a fun loving, artistic, person. We, our kids and pets adored her. We just learned of her passing today and are so sorry for her loss. Peace Jane-O!

I worked with Jane for 13 years at San Diego County Parks. Jane was such a respected and reliable coworker. I always looked forward to her coming into the office to meet with me. She had such a great sense of humor and I missed her when she retired. I was so sad to learn that she had passed away. Rest in peace Jane-O!

I am very saddened to learn just now that Jane passed away last year. We were very close for many years, through her art endeavors making "Folks" with her husband. Chris, and later as a San Diego County park ranger with my sister. She was a hard worker and extremely close to her family. I remember when she built a room on her house for her mother. Jane was so generous to all. She had a gift for my kids and grandkids on their birthdays and we enjoyed her big heart, big smile and her laugh. I lost contact with her the last few years and will now miss her. An angel in heaven for everyone.

We met Jane back in 1980 in Poway and played softball together for several years. She is my best friend and godmother to our son. There is no one who enjoyed life more, always smiling and so carefree. I think of her every single day and miss our conversations. I know she´s smiling up in heaven and at peace now. Love you bratz!

Jane was a strong, independent woman who had a soft, kind heart. She is my sister-in-law and always always kept in touch with me after her brother's death. She still called him Danny Joe and he called her Girl. She had a great sense of humor and loved to laugh and make others laugh. Lots of good memories. Girl will be missed.

My deepest condolences to family and close friends of Janie. I will miss her great big smile and her sense of humor! My sister-in-law played a huge role when Tony was very ill and when Regina, her niece was diagnosed with stage IV cancer.... she was a tough and rough around the the edges, but had a huge heart! She will be missed!

I´m saddened to read of Jane´s passing earlier this year. We were close friends at St Thomas More spending many hours hanging out at her house with all her brothers. They called her "girl". I still have her art piece she made when she lived in Poway, CA; I´ll treasure it even more now. Rest in peace my dear friend.
