Being as Dan was career military, we left the area over 62 years ago. The result was we saw less of the family over the years than we would have liked.
We were at Ken and Mary's wedding and saw them at reunions we were able to make.
Dan has also gone home to God so to a degree I understand the grief in your family.
I found Ken to be a friendly, welcoming person and enjoyed his company on the occasions I was privileged to share it.
My deepest sympathy to Mary and all the family he has left behind.
I would really like to be there but age and possible adverse weather sort of prevents that.
Love to all, YOU all are in my thoughts and prayers.

Mary and Family.
I am so very sorry for your loss. I wish I could be there in person as you were when my dad passed. The two of you were like two puzzle pieces - you just fit together perfectly.
What is remembered lives. May his memory be eternal.

I've known Ken since he was 7 years old. He was my brother's best friend and a really great guy. I recall his many trips to our house, playing baseball in the field across from his house and so many more childhood memories. His memory will live on and so will he.
