Lynda Rattay formerly of Chesterton, IN passed away Wednesday, September 4, 2024 at Cumberland Trace located in Plainfield, IN.
Lynda was born April 14th, 1950 in Hammond to Mack and Sybil (Talant) Spillers.
Lynda dedicated herself to the raising and caring of her children, assuring they always had a nurturing and warm environment to call home.
On December 31st, 2009 she married Dennis Rattay who survives along with her children Tracey (John) Kerr of South Bend, Brian Nauta (Debbie) of Avon, Cheryl Nauta Watson (Jon) of Mishawaka, and Susie (Joe) Pavolka of Plainfield, step-sons Dennis Rattay (Julie) of New York and Matthew Rattay (Sedny) of Arkansas, sister, Sue Stanley, brothers, Roger (Kim) Spillers, Ronnie (Diane) David Spillers and grandchildren Lyla and Molly and Ryan and Thomas Pavolka.
She was preceded in death by her parents and several siblings.
