Died Tuesday, October 29, 2002 at Bronson Methodist Hospital, Kalamazoo. Mary was born October 8, 1917 in Detroit, Michigan, to Stephen and Elenora (Kowalczyk) Rapacz. She was united in marriage to Carl Pacic Sr. in August of 1941. Mary was a librarian for many years in the Paw Paw and Comstock Public Libraries. Surviving are her husband, Carl; two sons, a daughter, one sister, several grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Mary's family will receive friends on Wednesday from 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home, where Scripture Services will be held 7 p.m. that evening. A Mass of Christian Burial will be said Thursday 11 a.m. at St. John Bosco Catholic Church in Mattawan with Fr. Bogdan Werra celebrating. Interment will follow in Maple Grove Cemetery, Antwerp Township. In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorial donations be made to the charity of one's choice. Arrangements by
