Whiting - Mason Markovich, 30 of Whiting passed away suddenly on Aug. 21, 2025. Loving son of Matthew and Annette Markovich; dear brother, Michael (Janice Mitchell) and Marisa (Daniel) Dicker; adoring uncle of Jonah Marko and Jacob Nolan; cherished grandson of Linda Bayus and Thomas (Sue) Tweeddale; many aunts, uncles, cousins, and dear friends. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, John and Helen Markovich, James Bayus, Marilyn Tweeddale and Mary Bayus and his uncle, Michael J. Markovich. Visitation, Saturday, Sept. 6, 2025, at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, 119th Street & Lincoln Avenue, Whiting, Indiana, from 11:00 a.m. until Mass at noon; interment of cremains, St. John Cemetery, Hammond.
