Paul Patterson

Paul H. Patterson Hebron/Kouts, IN Paul H. Pattrson, 29, of Hebron, formerly of Kouts, passed away on Monday, October 20, 2003 in Coffeen, IL as the result of a diving accident. He was born June 14, 1974 in Sandusky, Ohio to Larry and Joanne (Kuhns) Patterson. Paul was a member of Kouts Presbyterian Church, graduated from Kouts High School in 1993 and was a 21 year member of Boy Scout Troop 923 where he achieved the rank of Eagle and was an assistant Scout Master. He served in the U.S. Army Reserves for 12 years with Alpha Company, 863rd Combat Engineering Battalion. He had been employed as a diver with Lindahl Marine for three years. Paul is survived by his parents, Larry and Joanne Patterson of Kouts, his fiance, Sherri Bencze of Hebron, two daughters, Molly Goldberg of Seattle, WA and Drvyn Patterson of Michigan City; three sisters, Pamela Patterson of Indianapolis, Tamatha (Duane) Tackett of Milwaukee, WI and Heather Patterson of Indianapolis. Visitation will be Monday, 9:00 to 11:00 A.M. at the Kouts Presbyterian Church, followed by funeral services at 11:00 AM. with the Rev. Dottie Halverson officiating.
