It´s been difficult to know I´ll never get to see my good friend Ricky again. Can´t imagine how many times we´ve been in each other´s house growing up together on Hovey Street. All the times we spent just sitting on the front porch talking about life, etc. All the times we spent in the backyard playing basketball and watching Rick wash his car almost daily! Flash forward to when we all went out separate ways but when we came back home to Gary, the times we spent reminiscing about our childhood, and growing up together. I will miss those times. Rick....you were like another brother. For the Reddings, I know the memories of Ricky will bring you comfort during this time of grief. Rest easy my brother until we meet again.

I have so many memories of Ricky. We spent our teenage years singing in the church choir. Ricky was always cool. Even when he Anthony Jack & Jimmie Sims were up to something. I cam remember sneaking down the fire escape and going to the dairy queen. In our choir robes. And then managing to get back in place before our parents missed us. Rest well old friend. You ran the race. You finished the course.
