To the whole family. We were all very sadden by the loss of Bob. So many memories of all of us together at the holidays and birthdays. Rob,
I feel so bad that I was out of town but, you have been on mind the entire weekend.
May you cherish all of the great memories of your dad as I will. It was a pleasure to be around him and listen to the thoughts he had on our many ventures and endeavors in life. It seems so evident as we get older, how much things that we did not agree with at the time, have come around full circle to what he had told us.
I will always keep in my heart the many conversations around the firehouse, the house on Highland, or at the trailer. We have lost another of my mentors of what I believe was the greatest generation to ever wear a badge. How lucky we were to also have them as our fathers.
Your mom and the rest of your family are in our prayers. May peace be with you.
