Stacy Carroll Obituary
04/05/1994 - 05/02/2023
Stacy Lynn Carroll, age 29, unexpectedly passed away on May 2, 2023, while waiting on a kidney transplant. She was a 2012 graduate of Portage High School and was living in California for the past 6 years where she worked as an optician.
Stacy was born on April 5, 1994 in Valparaiso, IN to Jack & Nancy (Sut) Carroll. Stacy was an animal lover and an accomplished pianist who loved to travel.
Stacy is survived by her parents; sister, Lisa Forshey; many aunts, uncles, cousins, and her beloved cat, Daisy. She was preceded in death by a cousin, Krystal Carroll.
Family and friends may gather at St. Peter Lutheran Church, 6540 Central Avenue, Portage, IN on Saturday, June 24, 2023. Visitation at 10:00 a.m. followed by a Celebration of Life service at 11:00 a.m. Pastor Fred Hoover officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Stacy's name to:
Porter County Animal Shelter, 3355 Bertholet, Valparaiso, IN 46383 or American Kidney Fund, 11921 Rockville Pike, Suite 300, Rockville, MD 20852.
