William Lee "Willy" Dale

William "Willy" Lee Dale ROLLA, MO - William "Willy" Lee Dale, age 39, of Rolla, Missouri, formerly of Hobart, passed away Tuesday, January 16, 2018. He was born in Hammond, Indiana on April 11, 1978 to Willy Lee Simpson and Valerie Dale. He attended Hobart High School as a member of the Class of 1997. He was trained and worked as an Industrial Painter, Local 460. Throughout his life, Willy enjoyed sports, hunting, cooking, and spending time with friends. He excelled in art and using his creativity to express himself. He had dreams of patenting his ideas and starting his own business. Willy was loved and will be missed by many. Willy is survived by his children: Autumn and Nathan; father and step-mother, Willy and Roberta Simpson; siblings, Kristine (Julius) Kim, Jason (Tara) Cromwell, Gloria (Robert) Morris; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends. He was preceded in death by his mother, Valerie Dale; and grandparents, Ruby and Floyd Simpson. Memorial contributions may be made, in Willy's honor, to the Amy Winehouse Foundation at amywinehousefoundation.org/donate/. A memorial service will take place at a later date.
