ABRAHAM KATZ

KATZ--Abraham, 86, passed away on February 5, 2013. His accomplished professional life included 34 years in the United States Foreign Service, culminating in ambassadorship to the OECD in Paris; Assistant Secretary of Commerce for International Economic Policy, President of the US Council on International Business for 14 years, and, President of the International Organization of Employers. He is survived by his wife Marion Scheinberger and his three children, Tamar Amsalem, Jonathan Katz, and Naomi Cohen, as well as his eight grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at Park Avenue Synagogue in New York City on Friday, February 8 at 10am.
