All these years have passed since we lost Sandy (Adam). I still think of him and smile. We had reconnected in his last year and I had been looking forward to rekindling our friendship. May his memory be a blessing.

I grew up with Sandy, we were schoolmates at Georgetown Day. I spent many a night at his house in Washington. Although we had lost touch for many years, in 2006 I managed to reconnect through the internet. I would like to think that during the time in D.C. we were best friends. I remember him as the kindest person i ever knew.

I consider it a privilege to have known Adam. It was always such a pleasure to deal with someone of such intellect and gentleness of spirit. I am sure he will be sorely missed by all who knew him. My best wishes to his family and friends during this time of loss.

We knew Adam when he was just Sandy...a sweet, inquisitive, earnest, handsome youth on the brink of becoming a man. Just about to enter Oxford from Choate, Sandy was full of enthusiasm for the road ahead and brimming with promise. We remember him well and fondly, and with a deep sense of loss.

I had known and worked closely with Adam for nearly 10 years providing Fund Administration and Tax services starting with the Shaker Funds in Cleveland...to the present day at Stonewater. I had always found him to be a man of extremely high intelligence, ideals and morals. A well respected and trusted member of the Financial Services community...and a great client!! He will be missed by a great many! Michael Schonig...Press Schonig & Company, LLP
