To the family of Alan Kahn
What an inspiration Alan was. He helped us start mediation in the Ninth Circuit and it was modeled after his excellent program. Through the first years, he was always willing to help and offer advice. He would send forms, programs or whatever we needed. He was also a great asset to the Supreme Court Committee. He was a kind, intelligent and wonderful man. My sympathy to his family.
