Our sincerest condolences to the entire family of this kind man. I was never lucky enough to meet Alan in person but my husband did and I spoke to him on many occasions while working for him. Alan was a very kind man and a pleasure to work for, the world has lost a true gemstone of a man and business man. Northern Excavating.

I never had the pleasure of meeting Alan in person, but my partner, Jim Gunning and I had the pleasure of working with Alan several times on some of his real estate investments. He was a very kind and patient man, and I always enjoyed working with him. My sincere sympathies to his family.

My sincerest condolences to this wonderful family. I have many fond memories of visiting Ree's home in Deal with my in-laws, Zina and George Kapner, and my husband, Alan.

I knew Alan as a child and a teenager. I remember him as a kind and gifted person. I was his father's partner for many years.
I am sure he will be missed by his sister and his family.

It has been many years since elementary and high school, but Alan always had a special place in my heart. Wonderful childhood memories... My heart breaks for Leslie, your children, Ninah and Ree.
