So sad to hear about Andy. The world is at a loss. He was one of the most positive people I have ever known. Over the past 20 years, he has always been the best to both my wife and I (they knew each other through LWDA). He will be missed. His family has our deepest and most sincere condolences. I'm still in shock and processing this..... :-(

I can't express strongly enough how sad I was to hear of Andy's passing. I have worked with Andy for 12 years , teaching for IALD and Millennium Dental Technology. Andy was a consummate professional in working with the Drs. he was teaching and a good friend and colleague to all other instructors. I miss his wry wit and good company. Please accept my sincere condolences.

Andy and I met while in perio residency at USC. He was always such a good friend to talk with and share cases. He always pushes himself to improve. He was a very good surgeon. More importantly, hw was a good husband and father. I will miss our daily texts and his sound advice. Rest easy my friend.

So sad to hear this news. Andy was a tough competitor on the tennis court and, win or lose, we always had a great fight. I will always remember his advice about shot placement - deep groundstrokes in the corners or short angles. Only four places to hit the ball, don´t overthink it. He brought his fighting attitude to his battle with myeloma but not sure any of us has a chance in a match against G-d. Grateful he was able to be at peace with his family when he passed. He was a genuinely sweet, caring person and I will miss his friendship. Please accept my sincerest condolences.

So sad to hear of Andrew's passing. I knew him through his work at Millennium. He was a skilled periodontist and a great guy. I'm sure he will be missed by all who knew him. Dr. Alice Poley Moran
