ANDY ZERMAN

ZERMAN--Andrew, passed peacefully in his sleep on the evening of January 6, 2019. He is survived by his loving and devoted sister and brother, Lenore and Jared (Amy), nephews and nieces, Mitchell and Adam Zerman, and Gemma and Gillian Balk, Sandy and Samantha Richardson, and too many friends to count. He was predeceased by his parents, Miriam and Melvyn Zerman. Andy was a great lover and contributor to musical theatre, having worked many years as a casting director at Johnson, Liff and Zerman, casting classic Broadway musicals, including Les Miz, Cats and Phantom of the Opera. In more recent years he coached young musical theater talent, imparting his years of experience to novice singers starting to make their way. His brilliant mind, quick wit and ultimately warm heart will be greatly missed. The funeral services will be private. A memorial celebration of Andy's life will be announced at a later date.
