Dear Mrs. Hughes and family,
I am so very sorry to learn of Mr. Hughes' passing. He was a fantastic actor and a kind, gentle human being, always gracious to his fans, including myself. I treasure my memories of seeing him and you, Mrs. Hughes, in person. May he rest in peace with the Lord.

Mr. Hughes,
The Hobo's Christmas is something I look forward to each year and you were brilliant in that. I also enjoyed The Kavanaugh's TV series you did. You were a fine actor and a good man. Rest in peace.
