I just saw Mr. Adler at a Synagogue concert in Toronto just a few months back. Hadn't actually heard of him but thoroughly enjoyed the concert. Came across as a total professional and skilled artist. Very sorry to hear of his passing.

I was deeply saddened to hear of the death of Bruce Adler. I knew him only as a member of the audience, but I thought he was one of the most talented song-and-dance men I had ever seen. Although I do not speak Yiddish, my mother had been a great Yiddishist, and when I lived in New York City, I thought it would be nice to see some Yiddish theatre. I went to see THE GOLDEN LAND, and the hit of the musical was Bruce Adler. I remember especially his rendition of "Hatzatza." His energy just burst off the stage. He will really be missed.

I read with sadness about Bruce's death. My grandmother was Yiddish actress Berta Gersten so I felt that I knew Bruce, his parents and uncle throughout my childhood. My late parents Avrom and Sandy stayed in touch with Bruce through the years and always spoke so warmly of him. My sincere sympathy to his wife and children. May his life be for a blessing.

I've enjoyed Bruce Adler's performances. He was very talented, and will be missed. His "Bo Jangles" and "Roumania" were the "tops".

The world is a sadder place today. The angels in heaven are smiling because they now have a truly great entertainer and gentleman- the one, the only, Bruce Adler.

We were so saddened to learn of Bruce's death. From first hearing his Romania to his recent performances at the New Vista Theater we felt he was one of the greatest entertainers.

I was Bruce's doctor when he lived in Fair Lawn, NJ. A wonderful man, actor and friend. My wife an I socialized with him many times. He was so excited to have found a family late in life and most of all to have fathered a son, Jacob. The love of his life was Amy and his family.
Sorry to have lost a great performer and friend.

My aunt Rose was the next door neighbor to Bruce's mother. I remember Bruce when he was very young and had the pleasure of being with him backstage when he performed at Bellaggio a couple of months ago.I will miss his great talent and his kind words to me and the light in his eyes as he spoke about his child.Peace be with him. Bruce was well known to my parents Renee and Arnold Spector, themselves the children of Yiddish theatrical families. He appeared in two wonderful productions at New York's 8000-seat Jones beach Theatre, Carousel and Fiddler on the Roof, produced by my father for Guy Lombardo. Bruce charmed the audiences every night for two seasons. My heartfelt sympathy to Amy and the children.

Bruce Adler was one of the best performers on any stage - he could act, he could sing, he could dance (oh how he could dance!). And on top of all that he was a truly nice man. It was an honor to have known him. I can still see him on stage with the energy of that wonderful child who lived within him. He will be missed. My sympathy goes out to his family.

I worked with Bruce on Red Hot and Blue. I loved him. We grew to be great friends and I know our laughter will be less now with his passing.
