ZUBKOFF--Daniel J. Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP is deeply saddened by the passing of our former partner and friend, Daniel J. Zubkoff, on November 27, 2024. Dan called Cahill home for nearly 40 years and had a profound impact on the firm, serving with dedication and vision in a wide range of leadership roles, including 10 years on the Executive Committee, before his retirement in 2021. Dan was a pioneer in the firm's industry-leading Capital Markets and Banking & Finance practices, where he focused on a broad range of capital markets and lending transactions. Dan's brilliant legal mind and commercial judgment were integral to the establishment of Cahill's lasting prominence in the leveraged finance markets. May we honor his memory and the impact he made.
