My sincere and heartfelt condolences to the entire Redfern family on the loss of Declan. He was the attorney that helped me with my estate planning and will be remembered by me for his kindness and compassion, as well as his competence. My prayers on the loss of this fine man.

It is with deep sorrow that I forward this remembrance of my attorney and friend Declan; a man I grew extremely fond of in our brief association. From the earliest meeting Declan impressed me with an engaging personal presence and highly impressive legal acumen. As a client, one immediately felt confident in Declan's representation. I envy those who enjoyed him as family and close friend, joining them now in suffering this tragic loss.
