I stood behind the Estee Lauder Counter as both a Beauty Advisor and Counter Manager for many years and enjoyed every minute of it. As her grand-daughter Aerin Lauder has said, "I thought she would live forever." I smile thinking she is in heaven introducing the angels to the sweet smell of Youth Dew.

During my police career in Palm Beach, I had the pleasure to be involved with the parties at her home and will always remember myself and co-workers smiling as the employees would spray case upon case of the perfumes in the hedges and surrounding areas >> that will be missed as a bygone era.

I was very sad at the sudden passing of Estee Lauder, I work for her company for 15 years and I remember a Chirtmas party I attend , she made a very impressing entrance I remember her words she thanks all of us for making her a lovely lady.

I worked for Estee Lauder for about 4-5 years in Tulsa, Oklahoma while I was in school. She was a marvelous and generous employer and a beautiful lady!

I never really got to meet Estee but I worked for a cleaning service, Maid in America and worked at her home in Palm Beach for 12 years and felt her presence whenb I was there. She has really been wonderful for all the women in the world and will be dearly missed. Eleanor Shepherd.

I had the opportunity to meet Estee Lauder several years ago at a social at her home in Palm Beach. She was truly a lady. Elegance and kindness were her brand of hospitality. She is remembered with fondness. May she have peaceful rest and know the glory of the promised life. Truly, her passing is a loss.

I send my deepest sympathy to the Lauder family. My Mother used to wear Youth Dew and the smell of it always brought a smile to my face. At Christmas time my Mother always gave my sister and myself a present from Estee Lauder and we couldn't wait to open it and see what goodies we got. May she rest in peace.

It really saddened my heart to read of the passing of Estee.I never met or knew her but she truely knew me in that all of her aromas I have tried and love them,as long as they will be made and sold I will continue to do so.when I first started wearing it the price was $5.50 and I am now payingas much as $32.50 for the same size containers.

With fondness, I send my respects to the Lauder family.
When I was a young teenager, I would love to go in my parents' room and smell the perfume my Dad gave my Mom - Youth Dew.
I have always loved this fragrance. I would even apply it directly after gym class - and always had the other girls asking for some!

Estee Lauder was truly a great woman. I was born in Trinidad in the Caribbean. I received my first Estee Lauder perfume as a present when I was 19 years old. I am 39 years old and to date I still use Estee Lauder perfumes. My condolence to her family. May she rest in peace with the angels.

Even though I did not know her, I will always remember when I was a teenager going to school in Louisville, Kentucky and going into the then Stewart's Department Store, smelling the ever delightful odor of Youth Dew. It's still my favorite.
