GEORGE DRUMMOND

DRUMMOND--George Scott, PhD. George Scott Drummond, PhD born on October 31, 1943, passed away on October 16, 2025 at the age of 81. He was born in Jedburgh, Scotland and lived in New York for almost 50 years. A proud Scotsman, brilliant scientist, wine connoisseur, amazing cook, excellent athlete, avid reader, sports enthusiast and New York Times spelling bee genius. He is survived by his brother Scott Drummond who lives in England and Marie LoGuercio, his wife of 27 years. Family and friends are welcome to gather on November 16, 2025, at 11am, at Frank E. Campbell Chapel located at 1076 Madison Ave., New York, NY, 10028, 4th floor. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations in memory of George Drummond be made to the CCU Nursing at Milstein Hospital/ NewYork-Presbyterian.
