A wonderful man with a heart of gold. I´m so glad in 1987 you chose me to work for you. In 2000 I start working with your daughter, Melanie. You were like family to me. You were loved by your colleagues, employees and patients. You had a heart of gold. Love you. Here´s a picture of you and Melanie at our office holiday party.
