JAMES CANTOR Obituary

CANTOR--James William,

passed away at home on March 14, 2016. Devoted father of Eric (Ana), and Lori Capon (Joshua). Loving brother of Mary Hammer (Arnie) and Joanne Cantor Larsen (Bob). Loving grandfather of Max and Amanda. Longtime companion of Patricia Meadow. Jim was a graduate of Harvard Business School, and a veteran of the US Army who served in Korea. Blessed with a great sense of humor, he used his career in outplacement to help many people improve their careers. He was a dedicated Yankee fan and a New York Giants Hall of Fame season ticket holder. Services will be held Wednesday, March 16, 11:30am at "The Riverside," Amsterdam Avenue and West 76th Street.

Eric, Lori and Pat
I was saddened to read of Jimmy's passing. Although we had lost touch, I have many fond memories of days in the Central Park playground at 72nd Street, our children playing with you. I hope that your memories of growing up and beyond with your father help you get past this unhappy moment.
With Love,
Stephanie and Jon Reckler
