Dr. Minkoff looked after my late mother for many years here in NYC. His care and attention helped her tremendously. She spoke of him fondly often.

I had the good luck to be referred to Dr. Minkoff in the '70's. He performed numerous arthroscopies on both knees. Aside from his expertise as a surgeon, a couple of things greatly impressed me: his mentoring of young doctors and allowing them to help for decisions "on the jopb"; and, most importantly, his gentle manner and kindness. I can only imagine what a great friend, husband, and father he was. "Dr. Minkoffs" only come along once in a great while. Dr. Minkoff, rest in peace--you will be missed.

I met Dr. Minkoff in the '70s to address my knee problems. He performed numerous arthroscopies on both knees. More than my respect for him as a surgeon, I was always taken with his knowledge, gentleness and kindness. He was one of a kind, and will be missed. Rest in peace, Dr. Minkoff.

I worked with Dr. Jeffrey Minkoff while with the New York Islander Hockey Team. I'm forever grateful for his wisdom and expertise as well his value for helping his Patients, Players and Associates. He emphasized the importance of educating others of which I personally benefited greatly from. He was a great Mentor. He was someone that gained your immediate respect, but what I remember most was that he cared, listened and valued the insights of others. -Kevin Roden, PT, OCS
