Joel was the best brother a person could have. Pre-deceased by both parents and sister, Sally Lou Skidmore-Reddall, he leaves grieving relatives including his sister Suzanne Skidmore of Huntington, LI , his Nephew and wife Jeffrey S. and Gloria Reddall , great neice Gabriela and great newphew William of Sugar Land, Texas,and his neice Margaret S Reddall of Houston, Texas
His sudden death has left his family and friends in total shock knowing that we have lost a kind, loving,caring, humourous, great guy !
