Joe was a generous educator, with a kind and playful spirit. I will never forget the fake spider in my desk and how he would chuckle at me for freaking out. Rest in Peace. You will be missed by so many.

Joe and MJ, you were and are our extended family. As we told to Mia, Joe is a star now and he will protect us and all his family from the Sky. We miss you!

Joe was such a wonderful man; so kind and generous. He touched the lives of all that knew him. He deeply loved MJ, his girls, sister, brother and extended family and will be deeply missed. My life was enriched by knowing him. Many blessings to his family.
