JULIAN ROBERTSON Obituary

ROBERTSON--Julian H. Jr. The Board of Directors, Management and Staff of Hampshire House acknowledge with deep sorrow the loss of beloved neighbor and friend, Julian H. Robertson Jr. We were fortunate to have him, and his late wife Josie, as residents for 28 years. Countless accolades will be written of his accomplishments and vast philanthropic gifts, but the loss we mourn is of the man himself. An elegant, gracious gentleman who treated everyone he encountered with dignity and respect, no matter how powerful or ordinary. His charisma and sharp wit will be greatly missed. We extend our heartfelt condolences to his loving sons Alex, Spencer, Julian III and their families. Hampshire House Board of Directors, Staff and Management

Sending my deepest condolences. Julian was great light, a great man, with an immense heart of compassion and charity. Julian was a mentor to so many. It was a pleasure working for Tiger Mgt and the Tiger Cubs. Some of my dearest friends are from Tiger. Julian created the environment that brought wonderful minds together.
