I grew up with Kevin in Holbrook and we were teammates at Syracuse... Shots was always the type of guy that could be counted on and this has been proven true over the years with both his professional and family success... I am sorry for the sudden loss of your husband and Dad and pray that you will find comfort in this time of grief...

My sincerest condolences to the Morrissey and White families. I was extremely saddened when learning of Kevin’s passing. My childhood memories of Kevin and the Morrissey family in Brookville are full of wonderful times. We grew up together playing baseball and basketball “down the courts”, and at Holbrook High. It seems like yesterday. The time I spent with Kevin were some of the most memorable of my life. Although I had not seen Kevin for over 40 years, I have always cherished my childhood memories of Kevin as he was one of my best friends. My thoughts and prayers are with you Susan, Catherine, Patrick and the Morrissey family.

To Kevin's Family,
I just this morning heard of Kevin's passing. I can't tell you when I last saw Kevin, it may have been in the 80's or 90s but I can tell you that I recall vividly playing football and attending Syracuse along side your father and husband. It is too simple to say that we had a good time, we had a great time and Kevin, even then, made everything more interesting and exciting. To most of us during the Syracuse days, Kevin was "Shots" due to his Boston accent. The name never left throughout his time at Syracuse. I wish you all well during this difficult period and hope that comments from his past friends remind you again of what a special person he truly was! Doug Fabian, Class of #1974

Dear Morrissey and White Families, I have worked with Susan for over 18 years, and she always felt her greatest accomplishment in life (despite her other great successes) was always, always her family, her love for Kevin and her two beautiful babies. I never had the privilege of meeting Kevin, but the way Susan talked about him and her love for him, I feel I knew him.
I am sorry for all of you that lost a great and grand friend, and I am truly sorry for my friend, Susan, the always loving wife, the loving mother, who has lost her very best friend. My prayers are with you.

I happened to pass by the Brookville house this morning and then heard of Kevin's passing later in the day. I remember the football games in the back yard with Kevin, Mark, Phil McDonald, Randy Scott and Tim Murphy.

It was a great place to grow up. I will always remember Kevin fondly.
