LILLIAN KAPLAN Obituary

KAPLAN--Lillian Redner,

age 96, died of pneumonia on Friday, October 28, 2016 at the Bayberry Nursing Home in New Rochelle, NY. She was born in New York City to Anna Goodman and Benjamin Redner and was the middle sister to Florence Naren and Ethel Scull. Lillian attended Simmons College in Boston and married Sidney Stuart Kaplan (deceased) in 1940. She was the loving mother to four children: Peter, Richard (deceased), Robert, and Barbara. She was the adoring grandmother of Kevin, Casey, Dara, Erica, Gabrielle and Rebecca, and Seth. She was "GG" Great- grandmother to Ty and Swann. Graveside service on Sunday, October 30, 12 Noon at Beth Moses Cemetery, West Babylon, NY.

Please accept my condolences dear family of Mrs. Kaplan. These times are very difficult with the loss of a loved one. But as you seek to get through this time of mourning, may you find comfort and hope from these beautiful words of God who promises that soon, "...no resident will say: "I am sick."" Isa. 33:24
