Dear Dr. Schlecker, Henry & I and my son, Steven, wish to extend our most sincere condolences on Lucille's passing. She was a lovely person and we always enjoyed our chats with her. We will miss seeing her sweet smile when we have our medical appointments.

I want to extend my deepist sympathies on the passing of Mrs. Schlecker. I remember her as a very warm person. I always looked forward to seeing her. May God give you strength during this tragedy.
