Jen and Ted,

I worked with your mother at New England Life. It was one of the best times of my working life and Mary was a big part of making it so special. She was quick witted and fun to be around. I remember her beautiful garden in Scituate and always admired her courage in moving back to NYC and starting a new life there. My sincere condolences.

Ted & Jen,
I doubt either of you will remember me but we met once or twice in the 90's. My first job was at New England Life, your mom was one of the people that so kindly showed me the ropes and taught me many things that served me later in my career. We worked pretty hard, but had a lot of fun together as well. I could not have asked for a better situation for my first work experience. I will keep you all in my thoughts and prayers.

Jen and Ted, I am so sorry about the loss of your mother. She was an astounding woman, whom I think of often, especially as she was such a great friend to my brother Dick and his family. Her intelligence was amazing. I have many fond memories of Mary as the mother of Teddy and Jen!
