46, passed away on Wednesday, October 25, 2017. Born in New York City and has been living in Highland Park, NJ. Son of William Tarplin and Miriam Rogoff Elin, brother to Rachel Elin-Saintine, Dan and Sam Tarplin, and companion of Jackie Bienenstock. Funeral service was held Sunday, October 29.
