MORTIMER RYON

RYON--Mortimer, of Chestertown, MD, born July 15, 1929, in Scranton, PA, died at home surrounded by family on November 22, 2014. Beloved husband of Sandra L. Ryon, devoted father of Kathleen P. Savageau, Carolyn R. Mayers, Jennifer R. Mazza, Mortimer Ryon, Jr., loving step-father of Katharine C. Gorka, James K. Cornell, Eleanor C. Gottwald, and Andrew H. Cornell, and proud grandfather of 11. He was a graduate of Lawrenceville Lafayette, and Cornell Law School. A funeral service will be held at Emmanuel Church, Chestertown, MD, on December 5th at 11:30am.
